FAQ

Q: Do you do custom design work?

A: Yes! I love to work on custom projects of all kinds, from logo design to custom wedding invitation designs to canning jar labels. I'm currently putting together a portfolio and price list, but for now feel free to contact me for more information.

Q: I see some color samples, but the color I'm looking for isn't shown. Is it possible to get an ink color that isn't shown on your site?

A: Yes. The ink samples represent a tiny subset of the millions of colors I can print. I've chosen these colors as samples because they suit my own aesthetics and are the ink colors I tend to use in most of my products. If you are looking to further customize the colors in the products you're ordering (whether you're ordering wedding invitations, calling cards, etc.), just let me know.

Q: Can I get a wedding price list?

A: Yes. Click here for a PDF file containing pricing info. Please note, though, that the most up-to-date pricing is available through each individual listing here on the site.

Q: Do you sell wholesale to retail shops?

A: Yes! If you are interested in becoming a seller, please contact me. You'll have to have a valid reseller number or Tax ID. Once you're set up as a wholesale customer, you'll be provided with your own login information and will be able to order according to wholesale prices.

Q: Will I be able to preview my wedding order?

A: Yes. After you make your purchase and provide your colors & wording, you will receive a PDF proof. Your purchase entitles you to up to two rounds of changes to that proof before printing (additional changes may incur extra charges, but honestly it's rare that changes ever exceed the two rounds).

Q: Can I preview my wedding invitations before purchase?

You can order an invitation sample kit, which includes the design or designs of your choice plus paper and ink samples, but unfortunately, I cannot accommodate custom color or wording requests for samples. Similarly, I cannot do digital proofs before purchase; because of the nature of my designs, I do not simply cut and paste your wording but rather design each invitation to accommodate your wording, names, etc.

Q: How long will it take to receive my wedding order?

A: Please refer to the following chart for an estimate of how quickly you can expect to receive your wedding order.

  Regular Processing Rush Processing
Proof

2-3 days

Expect a proof from me within 2-3 days of making your purchase and providing your wording. Your purchase entitles you to up to 2 rounds of changes to that proof, which can (but need not) add another 2-3 days to the process.

1-2 days

Every effort will be made to get your proof to you within 24 hours of your purchase (or from whenever you provide the wording), but definitely within 48. As with regular processing, requesting changes to the proof can slow the process.

Printing

5-6 days

Once you approve your proofs, your order will be added to the print queue. I print everything in-house, and printing happens in the order in which proofs are approved. I will email you when printing is complete so that you'll know when to expect your order.
